His work ensured that data governance wasn’t just a compliance checkbox—it was the foundation for secure digital transformation across ERP, HRM, cloud analytics, and defense systems.

Before GM, Jeff directed technical delivery at Ally Financial, managing enterprise programs from Basel II capital calculations to AML fraud detection. His earlier roles at TekSystems and 3-Dimensional Services Group developed his technical foundation in application development, business intelligence, and infrastructure.
